The role of Finish Carpenter/Millworker/Wood Shop allows for collaboration with different members of the company to uphold a high level of quality on unique projects. The ideal candidate can work well with their team and be proficient in all types of woodworking and in the reading of construction drawings. They can achieve results in a timely manner and can adjust work capacity to align with project schedules and deadlines.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Custom Stairs, Custom Cabinetry or Custom Millwork
Proficiency with all woodworking and hand tools
Correctly perform all aspects of routine work, meeting quality standards and requirements
Must be able to achieve results in an accurate and timely manner
Willingness and ability to lead
Communicate effectively with co-workers, managers and others
Be able to share knowledge and ideas with others on the team
Perform activities that directly support team outcomes
Must be able to lift materials repetitively and/or parts weighing approximately 5-50 pounds

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
